An automatic heat exchanger assembling apparatus is provided to reduce the supply time of processed fins by supplying more than two processed fins at the same time, thereby improving productivity. An automatic heat exchanger assembling apparatus comprises a fin feeding unit(20), a tube feeding unit, and a fin-tube laminating unit(40). The fin feeding unit comprises a fin tray equipped with a plurality of fin receiving parts receiving the fins processed by a fin processing part(10), and a fin tray transfer part transferring the tray horizontally in the laminating direction of the fin. The tube feeding unit comprises a tube picket, a tube dispenser distributing a plurality of laminated tubes to the tube picket, and a tube picket transfer part which transfers the tube picket horizontally in the tube laminating direction so that the tubes distributed by the tube dispenser are received in the tube picket successively. The fin-tube laminating unit comprises a tube seating part, a fin transfer channel, a fin guide, a fin pusher, and a core compression part compressing a heat exchanger core.
