PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color-corrected image creation method and device for separating with high precision even regions having similar colors such as brown hair and skin shadow, and for correcting the skin region. SOLUTION: This color-corrected image creation method for newly creating a color-corrected person image based on person image data includes: a person image input stage; a reference region specification stage; a mean pixel value arithmetic operation stage: a dispersion value calculation stage; a pseudo Mahalanobis distance calculation stage; a skin probability arithmetic operation stage; and an image color correction stage.
