A module inputting guide structure of a vehicle cockpit is provided to separate a guide pin, which is used to fix a jig bracket to a cowl cross bar, after a cockpit module is mounted. A module inputting guide structure of a vehicle cockpit comprises: a guide pin(20) whose outer surface includes a screw unit(22) and which is inserted into a body bracket(142); a cowl cross bar(10) to fix a nut(12) where the screw unit of the guide pin is connected; and a jib bracket connected to a cockpit module mounting jig on the opposite side of the guide pin. The guide pin is combined with the nut of the cowl cross bar while penetrating through the jig bracket. After the cockpit module is mounted, the guide pin and the jig bracket are separated to be reused.
