A synchronizer structure of a transmission is provided to minimize an interval between a hub gear and an inner ring by a supporting unit, thereby minimizing the moving distance of the inner ring in an axial direction caused by the vibration of a speed gear. A synchronizer structure of a transmission comprises: a hub gear(100) connected to a principal axis(11); a sleeve(14) connected to the hub gear; a speed gear(15) equipped with a clutch gear(20) engaged with the sleeve; a cone(17) combined with the clutch gear; and an inner ring(18) and an outer ring(16) which function as a clutch. A supporting unit(110) is protruded on the one surface of the hub gear where the inner ring is contacted. The supporting unit is formed in one body with the hub gear.
