DEVICE FOR COOLING AND WARMING SKIN FOR STIMULATION

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of cooling and warming a skin for stimulation having an extremely simple structure capable of easily using for giving the stimulation by cooling and warming in contact with a skin, thereby activating brown fat cells. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This device is provided with: a Peltier element 32 for cooling and warming a skin; a thermal conductive member 31 which is mounted at the one surface 33 of two surfaces 33, 35 for cooling and warming of the Peltier element 32 and is interposed between the Peltier element 32 and the skin for heat conduction to the skin; a control means for switching the one surface 33 of the Peltier element 32 between low temperature and high temperature conditions by applying electricity to the Peltier element 32 while the direction of electricity is reversed within a predetermined period of time; a support member for supporting the thermal conductive member 31 and the Peltier element 32 for attaching the thermal conductive member 31 to the predetermined site of the skin; and a heat sink 36 for heat release and a heat exhausting fan 37 on the other surface 35 of the Peltier element 32.
