EFFECTIVE PRODUCTION OF POLYSACCHARIDE BY A NOVEL STRAIN, GRIFOLA FRONDOSA IP-7 STRAIN(KCTC18133P)

PURPOSE: A method for massively producing polysaccharide from liquid culture of IP-7 mycelium is provided to improve yield of the polysaccharide and reduce alcohol consumption. CONSTITUTION: A Grifola frondosa IP-7(KCTC18133P) produces massive polysaccharide. A method for producing the polysaccharide comprises: a step of isolating Grifola frondosa IP-7(KCTC18133P); a step of culturing the novel Grifola frondosa IP-7(KCTC18133P) mycelium at 27°C, pH 5.0, and 150rpm; a step of collecting mycelium after culturing and pulverizing the mycelium using a homogenizer; and a step of freeze-drying and treating with alcohol.
