PURPOSE: A fluorescent trifluoroacetophenone-based derivative compound is provided to ensure high substrate selectivity to α-amino acid negative ions and excellent sensitivity, and to obtain a chemical sensor for detecting α-amino acid negative ions. CONSTITUTION: A fluorescent trifluoroacetophenone-based derivative compound and salts thereof are represented by chemical formula (I). In chemical formula (I), R1, R2 and R3 are H or C1-C30 substituted or unsubstituted alkyl and substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, and selected from the group consisting of linear or branched alkyl, aryl and ester, wherein R4 shows -COCF3.
