PURPOSE: A portable pencil sharpener is provided to improve convenience in usability, and to reduce manufacturing costs of the sharpener by conveniently and easily sharpening a pencil with a conical pencil insertion hole and a blade. CONSTITUTION: A portable pencil sharpener comprises manufactured blades(1,2) which are attached on the both sides of a conical pencil insertion hole(4). A pencil is inserted into the conical pencil insertion hole through an outer case. When the pencil is rotated, lead of the pencil is sharpened by a shape of the pencil insertion hole and the manufactured blade.
