The present invention relates to a pile to construct an embankment pile capable of reducing manufacturing and installation costs by having a relatively simple structure. A plurality of piles to construct the embankment pile are arranged at fixated intervals in a construction method of mounding soil on a poor ground unit. The pile supports a mounding unit, and includes a column unit and an inclined surface. The column unit is extended in one direction towards the mounding unit on the poor ground unit. The inclined surface comprises: a lower surface fixated to an upper surface by being in contact with the upper surface of the column unit; an outer surface unit having an outer side by being extended from a lower surface to the upper side; and an inner space extended to be inclined from the upper side of the outer surface unit to the inner side.
