PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of carbonization activated charcoal, and the carbonization activated charcoal manufactured therefrom are provided to improve the adsorption and active capacity of the charcoal. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device of carbonization activated charcoal comprises the following: a first drying unit(52) to dry sludge; a carbonization unit(32) for carbonizing the dried sludge; a molding unit(40) producing a pellet by mixing the carbonized carbide with a bonding agent; a heat treatment unit(44) for heat-treating the pellet; an activation unit(48) for activating the heat-treated pellet; a second drying unit for during the pellet; and a washing unit(56) to wash the pellet.
