The present invention relates to a wire roll feeding device comprising: an inner diameter clamp (10) rotated together with a support plate (14) centered on a support shaft (12) and clamping an inner circumferential surface of a wire roll (R) in an outward direction by an extending force; and a braking unit (20) including a frictional drum (22) and a frictional pad (24) applying braking torque to a rotational movement force of the inner diameter clamp (10) to control an unwinding speed of the wire roll (R). Thus, in the present invention, since the unwinding speed of the wire roll (R) is controlled by the braking unit (20) in a state in which an inner diameter of the wire roll (R) is clamped by the inner diameter clamp (10), when a wire is loaded, the wire is prevented from being entangled caused as inner and outer sides of the wire roll (R) is unwound and defective feeding is able to be prevented. |
