According to an embodiment of the present invention, the sodium hypochlorite feeding method comprises the following steps of: receiving ship sailing state information from at least one facility of a plurality of facilities; calculating the total amount of sodium hypochlorite consumed in the facilities based on the ship sailing state information; generating sodium hypochlorite in accordance with the calculated result; and feeding the generated sodium hypochlorite to each of the facilities based on the ship sailing state information.
