According to the present invention, a four-way lumber support automatically controls a vertical bending position and a vertical bending degree of a lumbar plate, firmly supports the lumbar plate even if large load is applied to the lumbar plate such as a rear collision of a vehicle, and controls the front bending degree of the lumbar plate by using a pusher having a pair of hinge members in order to control the front bending degree of the lumbar plate in a larger range without an increase in a horizontal width of a seat back. |
