The present invention relates to a camera module having auto-focusing and stabilization functions. The camera module comprises: a base which is provided with a light pass hole at the center thereof; a horizontal movement holder which is installed on the bottom of the base to move in parallel with respect to the bottom of the base, and is provided with an installation space at the center thereof; a suspension spring which is installed between the base and the horizontal movement holder, and elastically supports the horizontal movement holder; a vertical movement holder which is installed in the installation space of the horizontal movement holder to move vertically with respect to the horizontal movement holder, and is provided with a fixed hole at the center thereof; four permanent magnets which are installed on four sides of the horizontal movement holder; four horizontal movement coils which are installed on the base to face the four permanent magnets; a vertical movement coil which is installed on the outer peripheral surface of the vertical movement holder to face the four permanent magnets; a lens module which is installed in the fixed hole of the vertical movement holder; and a shield can which is installed to cover the base and the vertical movement holder, and is provided with an opening through which the lens module can pass.
