A flow rate monitor device of the present invention comprises: an opening/closing unit which opens/closes a gate shutter of a chamber by air pressure; a supply unit which supplies air inducing the air pressure to the opening/closing unit; and a first flow rate measuring unit which measures a flow rate of the air between the opening/closing unit and the supply unit.
