Disclosed are a device and a method of controlling a lock-up clutch of a vehicle. According to the present invention, the method of controlling the lock-up clutch comprises: (a) a step of determining whether the lock-up clutch satisfies a preset number of learning times by temperature sections of automatic transmission oil; and (b) a step of spreading a first learning value of a first temperature section to another temperature section when the lock-up clutch satisfies a preset number of learning times in the first temperature section, thereby reducing a learning completion time. |
