According to an embodiment of the present invention, a resource allocating method of a base station includes the steps of: receiving, from a terminal, an existence signal of another base station or information about a coexistence section of a transmission section of the another base station; matching time synchronization with the another base station and section synchronization with the coexistence section of the another base station; and allocating a signal transmission section not to overlap a signal transmission section of the transmission section of the another base station.
