A blood vessel is provided, which prevents the side effect after the blood transfusion by preventing the fat separated from the blood from being injected into a patient. A blood vessel comprises: a ductile container(210) in which the space is formed to receive blood which is shut tightly; a hard container(220) inserting one side of the ductile container; a first conduit(230) which is formed in one side of the ductile container and injects the blood into the ductile container; a second conduit(240) which is formed to be adjacent to the first conduit and releases the blood to the ductile container outside; and an inlet port(250) for injecting additive into the ductile container.
