A complementary and safety apparatus of a coupling clutch is provided to prevent an accident in advance by sensing the damage of a clutch due to overload by sensing the position of a stopper with a stopper sensing member if a clutch is damaged. A complementary and safety apparatus of a coupling clutch is composed of a first disk(110), a second disk(130), a stopper sensing member(140), and a clutch(220). The first disk is mounted on a driving shaft(210) of a gear box(200), and includes a mounting hole(111) and a plurality of protrusions(112). The second disk has a plurality of stoppers(131). The stoppers are radially formed to contact with the protrusions. The stopper sensing member is installed at one side of the gear box to sense the position of the stopper. The clutch is mounted on a driving shaft(210).
