<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support mechanism for efficiently and easily constructing a new friend relationship without spending time on an event, and for expecting the construction of an intimate friend relationship with a beneficial person. <P>SOLUTION: A server 10 transmits notification to guide event holding to a first user terminal 30.
