APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR DIAGNOSIS OF OPERATING STATES IN MUNICIPAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT

A method for diagnosing an operating state of a sewage disposal plant process and a device thereof are provided to overcome restrictions of diagnosis of a sewage disposal process performed by an operator, thereby offering an operational map that can exactly and objectively evaluate an operating state of the process. A data collector(10) inputs inflow/outflow water quality and process operating data required for a sewage disposal plant process operating state. A data processor(20) receives data sets inputted from the collector to apply analysis techniques to the data sets, and transforms the data sets to effectively extract information on process operating states embedded in previous data sets of a sewage disposal plant. A diagnosing unit(30) derives a decision function and an operational map through process operating states of the sewage disposal plant, which are classified through grouping. A display unit(40) outputs the derived operational map and decision function to visualize the function and the map.
