An advertisement providing system and method are provided to expose advertisement which an advertiser orders to a targeted user and control the exposure frequency, exposure time, and exposure position of the advertisement, and predict advertising effect before the exposure of the advertisement. An advertiser interface management unit(10) provides an advertiser connection page, which an advertiser can connect, online. An advertisement medium interface management unit(20) connects with an advertisement medium(3), to which advertisement is exposed, online. An advertisement management unit(30) predicts advertizing effect before the advertisement exposure and measures the advertizing effect after the advertisement exposure. |
