A slope protection structure using a multistage injection pipe and a wall panel, and the construction method are provided to stabilize a cutting slope and to prevent the breaking of a natural slope by fixing a multistage injection pipe to a concrete or synthetic resin panel, which is a wall panel, after reinforcing the in-situ ground with multistage injection. A slope protection structure(S) using a multistage injection pipe and a wall panel comprises a wall panel(16) formed to have the appointed length and height on the front at a certain distance from the target ground(12), a multistage injection pipe(22) installed to be inclined downward through the wall panel, backfill concrete(24) formed to the appointed height between the target ground and the wall panel, gravel for drainage(26) filled on the upper part of the backfill concrete, and good-quality soil(28) filled on the upper part of the gravel for drainage. |
