A sidewalk block coupled with a chaff layer and an aggregate layer is provided to be environment-friendly, and to have strong water permeability and excellent walkability. A sidewalk block coupled with a chaff layer and an aggregate layer comprises a chaff layer(110), adhesive resin(120), and an aggregate layer(130), wherein the chaff layer is formed by stirring chaff and resin and forming in a fixed frame, the aggregate layer is formed by stirring uniform-sized aggregate and resin and forming in a fixed frame, and the chaff layer and the aggregate layer are coupled by the adhesive resin at room temperature. The sidewalk block has the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped and contains a cut-out portion on one corner of the sidewalk block to secure water permeability. |
