<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin belt manufacturing method which has high working efficiency and can quickly perform hardening treatment for a resin belt immediately after extrusion molding. <P>SOLUTION: In the resin belt manufacturing method in which a resin material J blended with a conducting material C is heated while being kneaded and extruded into a tube shape through a shaping die 52 as a melting resin material, an electron beam irradiation means 18 is installed in a tube shape shaping section 67 just behind the shaping die 52, a resin belt of a tube shape is cured by the irradiation of the electron beam irradiation means 18, thereby the tube shape section immediately after extruded from the shaping die 52 is immediately closs-linked and cured, therefore, without setting a separate special process, an endless belt which has improved mechanical strength can be obtained by a simple manufacturing apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
