摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a fuel cell capable of improving greatly catalyst utilization efficiency by reducing the amount of use as well as securing the exposed surface of a catalyst active material and by arranging the catalyst active material selectively at the three-phase interface which becomes a place of electrode reaction. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a fuel cell comprises a catalyst layer formation process in which an anode side or a cathode side catalyst layer is formed on one face side of an electrolyte membrane, and a counter electrode is formed on the other face side of the electrolyte membrane, and a potential impression process in which on the anode side catalyst and/or the cathode side catalyst having a treating composition, (1) a potential in which a melting potential and/or a deposition potential of platinum 8 fluctuates so as to pass from a high potential side to a low potential side and from the low potential side to the high potential side, or (2) a potential which fluctuates from the high potential side to the low potential side and from the low potential side to the high potential side between the melting potential and the deposition potential of platinum, is impressed and melting and deposition of platinum is caused alternately, and utilization efficiency of platinum is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
