<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery separator which improves the drain properties of a gas channel to inhibit waterdrops from blocking the gas channel, and a fuel battery having the fuel battery separator. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel battery separator includes a gas entrance side manifold and a gas exit side manifold, the gas channel communicating with the gas entrance side manifold and the gas exit side manifold, and ribs dividing the gas channel into a plurality of sub gas channels.
