<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data using device capable of providing metadata of further high quality over many more contents. <P>SOLUTION: The content using device 102 acquires metadata including attribute information of a content of using object, which also includes provider information showing the provider of the metadata from a metadata delivery server 101. The content using device 102 acquires advertisement information from an advertisement delivery server 103 in a case that a content using the metadata is used, presents the advertisement information, and transmits the provider information contained in the metadata to an advertisement agent server 104. The advertisment agent server 104 performs processing for paying a reward to the provider shown by the provider information.
