PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make temperature control simple, and realize further downsizing.

SOLUTION: In a thermal control device provided with a plurality of thermal control object parts in which prescribed target temperatures are respectively set, the thermal control object parts are sectioned and arranged in a plurality of thermal control object modules corresponding to the size of the target temperature, and a heat conductive member to specify the amount of passing heat between the thermal control target modules are installed between the respective thermal control target modules.
