Maintenance-free multicell suction and pressure pump for use in medicine and in regulators has a rotary piston of sintered metal with additions of Pb and graphite or of polyamide, and of MoS2 for enhancing the sliding properties. - The piston contains an odd number of inclined slots in which are working sliders of synthetic or electro carbon, hand press material or polyamide.
