<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin magnet composition which can more stably control the fluid quality variation accompanied with an environmental change and the like so that the quality of a magnet roller to be gained can be secured favorably, and to provide its manufacturing method and the magnet roller using it. <P>SOLUTION: The resin magnet composition object is composed of resin binder and magnetic powder as the main ingredients. The resin binder contains the moisture of 1,500-2,500 ppm and the magnetic powder contains moisture of 1,000-1,500 ppm.
