<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system printing out a document registered after the lapse of time regulated by a plurality of MFPs connected to a network. <P>SOLUTION: In the system for surely, efficiently and restrictively distributing (printing out) printed matters (data/model answers) to participants in an event (a seminar, a meeting, a test, etc.) immediately after the end of the event without distributing digital data, an output restricting condition is judged by a plurality of elements such as user identification, time and the number of printed matters, and information is shared by a plurality of apparatuses. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
