Driven transport chain for work pieces are attached to machines used for printing, varnishing or labelling tubes or tubular objects includes pins fitted to the chain for locating the transported objects and at least one oven between handling and working stations for the work pieces through which the transport chain is guided. The transport chain is fitted with a number of chain sprockets which, independently of the chain, are coupled together by additional drives in order to transmit the driving torque and with a number of chain sprockets which are not coupled together and are tensioned by springs. The chain sprockets are arranged in two rows and in each row two adjoining chain sprockets are coupled together independently of the chain. |
