The system for preparing diesel fuel emulsion with water is proposed, which perform emulsification during the diesel engine operation. The system includes emulsor pump (5), water feeding system and several valves. The emulsor pump (5) is a multi-stage centrifugal pump which dimensions and numbers of stages depend on the diesel engine power and the fuel consumption. The water feeding system is provided with filter (15), adjustable metering unit (14), which feed the necessary water quantity (8-12%) in the emulsor pump's (5) inlet chamber, ejector (6), which assure the required infeed proportion between fuel and water and prime water from the water tank (1). Water feeding system is provided with three solenoid valves (7, 8 and 9) and four back-pressure valves (10, 11, 12 and 13), which assure the fuel infeed to the emulsor pump (5), as well as engine start, warming-up and operating performance change and control. The proposed diesel fuel emulsification system assure better fuel combustion in the diesel engines and more effective use of the fuel energy, as well as reduce the quantity of harmful and neutral emissions by 70%, thus enhancing the ambient ecological situation and save up to 5% of fuel.
