<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high-speed and high-precision reading which enables sure character recognition. <P>SOLUTION: A blank form P1, where a preprinted guide line 11 is formed on the front side of base paper 1 and where a coupler layer 12 is applied to the backside of the base paper 1, and a reading form P2, where a developer layer 22 is applied to the front side of base paper 2 so that a reading frame 21 can be formed in a position corresponding to the preprinted guide line 11, are superposed on each other, and desensitizing ink 23 is applied to a clear area C on the developer layer 22 of the reading form P2 in a limited manner. This prevents stains from occurring due to color development in an area around the recording frame 21, and properly maintains a contrast to characters copied in the recording frame 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
