<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of the possibility of the impediment of the rotation of a ball and of the lowering of a writing feeling and the development of the blur in a holograph due to the residue of a small amount of a synthetic resin hot-melt agent, which may develop on the surface of the ball at the removal of the solidified synthetic resin hot-melt agent done by an end user for writing, drawing or the like. <P>SOLUTION: In the writing utensil having a ballpoint pen tip consisting of the ball as an ink transferring member to a surface to be written and a ball holder, which holds the ball rotatably under the state being projected beyond its tip opening part, a tip including the ball is covered with a peelable synthetic resin hot-melt agent and, at the same time, a release agent is so constituted as to be laid between the synthetic rein hot-melt agent and the surface of the ball. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
