<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-treating device by using superheated steam, capable of performing the heat treating work by using the superheated steam automatically and surely. <P>SOLUTION: This heat-treating device1 is provided by installing a treating chamber 5 equipped with a putting-in part 2 of a material to be treated and discharging port 3, a heating mechanism 9 for heating steam or mist state water introduced from a water-feeding mechanism 6 by impressing an electric voltage to make the superheated steam and ejecting it into the treating chamber 5, a circulating mechanism 12 by sucking the superheated steam and dry-distilled gas in the treating chamber 5 and feeding them again into the treating chamber 5 and a controlling part 13 for controlling the feeding amount of the steam, treating time, etc. The heating mechanism 9 is obtained by joining a pipe heater for heating the introduced steam or mist state water to produce the superheated steam, a high temperature part heater 44 for further heating the superheated steam from the pipe heater 42, a super high temperature part heater 46 for further heating the superheated steam formed at the high temperature part heater and an ejecting pipe 48 for ejecting the superheated steam into the treating chamber 5, one by one. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
