HYDROGEN OCCLUDING ALLOY FILM AND ITS PRODUCTION METHOD

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen occluding alloy which has high hydrogen occluding capacity and can exchange the calory generated or absorbed in accordance with reaction with the one outside of the reaction system, and to provide its production method.

SOLUTION: Hydrogen occluding alloy powder incorporated with metals exhibiting satisfactory thermal conductivity and/or electrical conductivity such as Cu, Al, Ni and stainless steel is subjected to HVOF (High Velocity Oxy-Fuel) spraying using a combustion gas composed of a gaseous mixture of oxygen and an inert gas.
