<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen production apparatus for generating a gas containing hydrogen from a fuel, which can supply a satisfactory reformed gas even in a low temperature range of ≤500°C immediately after starting. <P>SOLUTION: The hydrogen production apparatus for generating a gas containing hydrogen from the fuel has an ozone generator at the front part of a reformer and is characterized by introducing air or water into the ozone generator, dissolving ozone generated in the ozone generator into water and/or the fuel between the ozone generator and the reformer, and introducing the resulting ozone-containing liquid into the fuel reformer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
