<p>PURPOSE:To improve in performance of the inductance element and to contrive the reduction of its cost by employing a closed magnetic loop core formed integrally and automating the winding step of winding on a bobbin. CONSTITUTION:The closed magnetic loop core 10 has at least partly a linear portion 11, and is formed at the cross section of the linear portion 11 in circular shape. An isolating material 12 of forming bobbin is coated or wound on the portion 11, and a bobbin 13 is integrally formed on the periphery of the material 12. In this case, the collar of the bobbin 13 is integrally formed with a gear 14 to allow the bobbin 13 to be rotatable. Then, the material 12 is dropped to make the bobbin 13 to become rotatable, and a winding is wound thereon while rotating the bobbin 13. As a result, there can be formed an inductance element wound with necessary winding 15 on the bobbin 13. In this manner, it can contrive the improvement in the performance of the element and in the reduction of the cost thereof.</p> |
