Thermostatic mixing valve

A thermostatic mixing valve has a housing with an inlet 3, 4 for cold and hot water, respectively, and an outlet 23 for mixed water. In order to prevent overflow of water between the cold water pipe and the hot water pipe, and for relieving the thermostat body from pressure, valves are provided in both inlets, being actuated by the manoeuvring means of the mixing valve.
