<p>PURPOSE:To calculate the time series data of outlet sludge concns. accurately by applying the time series data obtd. by measuring the inlet concns. and flow rates of the running sludge water flowing in an extrusion flow passage at every prescribed sampling period and calculating specific elapsed time. CONSTITUTION:The time series data obtd. by measuring the concns. and flow rates of the running sludge water flowing in an extrusion flow passage at every prescribed sampling period are given and the elapsed time until the sampling period when the section of the running water at the outlet of the extrusion flow passage at a certain sampling period was located at the inlet of the extrusion flow passage is calculated from the above-mentioned time series data and the entire volume of the extrusion flow passage. Thereby, the concn. of the outlet sludge is calculated as the inlet sludge concn. at the sampling period earlier by the above-mentioned elapsed time. For example, the running water entering an aeration tank 1 through an inflow port 2 flows roughly as the extrusion flow toward an inflow part 3 and therefore the extrusion model is effective.</p> |
