PURPOSE:To have a continuous stabilized winding work with a winder device for long stretching object such as hoses etc. by performing the winding work with an air motor with which two or more cylinders are arranged radially around a cam plate fixed to the shaft. CONSTITUTION:When sent in through a mouthpiece 25, the air comes in distributing chambers 20a to put a long hole in the sealing member 22 into or out of communication with the pipeline 16b for a rotor 16 in accordance with the rotational phase of the distributer 20. Thereby a roller 19 situated at the crest of cam plate 15 is pushed down to the bottom by a piston 17, and a sequencial action following this rotational phase will allow the rotor 16 to continue rotating to turn a drum 2 for winding the hose 6. Thus winding can be made surely with optimum torque in accordance with the type and length of the long stretched object to be wound, and any event of temporary unwindability does not hinder a continued stable winding work with the aid of an air cushion and a pressure regulator valve. Also the arrangement is free from noises. |
