<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology of long life sealing capable of preventing foreign matter from intruding into a nut from an outside and preventing lubricant in the nut from leaking to the outside. <P>SOLUTION: A sealing device 1 is installed on an end part of the nut 8 of the ball screw 2. A pair annular seals 10, 11 including an elastically deformable seal lip 13 are arranged with keeping a predetermined interval by an annular spacer 12. An inner diameter profile of the seal lip 13 of the seals 10, 11 has a similar figure as a vertical section shape of the ball screw 6, and has diameter slightly smaller than outer diameter of a ball screw 6.
