<p>The process inserts a sleeve (12) in a tube (30) of a steam generator heat exchanger, may serve to to avoid or repair a leak, and part. applies tubes accessible via a semi-spherical chamber (50). The first phase of the process entails the placing of a curved sleeve (12) in the chamber. A redressing tool (10) using staggered rollers is used to straighten the initially curved sleeve as it is fed into the tube. The sleeve may be bent before or after it is placed in the chamber, being introduced through a direct opening (54) in the latter case. The tool may use a triangulated group of three rollers with half round concave rims, an articulated plate driven by a screw jack serving to press the centre roller onto the sleeve as it passes over the other two.</p> |
