<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear solenoid valve in which a magnetic gap can be formed highly accurately by eliminating the need of coating of a thin nonmagnetic film and, at the same time, the coaxiality can be secured between a yoke and a fixed core. <P>SOLUTION: The linear solenoid valve is provided with a solenoid 12 having a movable core 26 which is attracted to the fixed core 24 when a coil 32 is energized and a valve mechanism 16 having a spool valve 66. On the external surface of the movable core 26, a nonmagnetic layer 65 having a prescribed thickness is formed. In a coil bobbin 30, in addition, an inside-diameter projection 37 is integrally formed which secures the coaxiality between the yoke 22 and fixed core 24 by blocking a spacial section formed along the axial line between the yoke 22 and fixed core 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
