Title of the Invention Deflecting A Fluid Deflecting Apparatus This invention relates to a fluid deflecting apparatus using a cross-flow fan wherein wide flow deflection around the fan with compact structure is achieved by turning a control vane having a substantially arc figured crosssection, located inside of the fan and formed to restrict the low pressure vortex of the fan. Furthermore by using the principle stated above, flow direction can be changed in a reversible way between two regions which are separated by partitions located outside of the fan.
