Brake regulator, slaved to the load, for vehicles, characterised in that it is double and comprises, within the same body 1, two mutually parallel bored holes 5, 8 in which are housed two rods 6, 9 to which the control force is applied by means of an equalising device 13, 16, each bored hole 5, 6 constituting a cylinder of the device being blind and having a single diameter over its working part, each cylinder 5, 8 being fitted with a guiding and closure bush 23 centred in the cylinder 5, 8 and traversed by the rod 6, 9 and fitted, on the one hand, with an external lining 24 interacting with the cylinder 5, 8, and, on the other hand, with an internal lining 25 interacting with the rod 6, 9, the said bush 23 being held in position by a safety element 26. <IMAGE>
