A catalyst comprises a ZBM-30 zeolite synthesized with a particular template, e.g. triethylene tetramine, a hydrogenation-dehydrogenation component and a porous mineral matrix. An independent claim is also included for a method of improving the pour point of a paraffinic feed by contacting the feed with a dewaxing catalyst as above.
