PURPOSE:To prevent a pressure roller from getting stained by resin and manufacture information recording mediums efficiently by providing a recessed section on a pressure roller to correspond with an open section of a base and moving the pressure roller in a manner that said recessed section is overlapped with the opening section. CONSTITUTION:A disc base 1 is pressed to a disc stamper 3 by using a pressure roller 10 provided with a recessed section 10A on a pressing surface. The pressure roller 10 rotates synchronously with the movement of the disc tamper 3 in a manner that the recessed section 10 and a central opening section 1A of the disc base 1 are overlapped when the disc base 1 is pressed. The central opening section 1A is not pressed directly by the pressing surface of the pressure roller 10 by making the diameter of the recessed section 10A of the pressure roller 10 larger than that of the central opening section 1A. The pressing surface, therefore, is not stained by the leakage of ultraviolet cured resin 2 when the ultraviolet cured resin 2 is leaked out of the central opening section 1A of the disc base 1, and the disc base 1 to follow for pressing is prevented from getting stained. |
